RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their auditing team.Responsibilities include:

• Senior Auditor will manage client engagements from start to finish, including financial statement preparation, internal staffing of engagements, project scheduling and budgeting, planning of the engagement, and related administrative functions
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit process and assess performance of staff for engagement reviews
• Maintain and improve upon client relationships
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve client issues discovered during the audit process
• As a Senior Auditor, you will research and analyze financial statements and audit issues
• Actively engage with key client management to collect information, resolve audit-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and CPA/CPA eligible
• 2+ years of recent public accounting external audit/assurance experience
• Proficient Excel Skills (VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables)
• Strong time management skills
• Team player
• Self motivator
