Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for the enterprise-wide management of digital technology assets (including but not limited to, software, cloud, SaaS, etc.), and will need to be a functional subject matter expert, requiring expertise in Software Asset management and using ServiceNow SAM Pro. This key role will require prior experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), along with the functions that support the software life-cycle. In this role you will validate the IT Asset repository data accuracy and investigate discrepancies. You will track software entitlement and maintenance data in support of refresh, as well as end of life processes and projects, and investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain integrity of software asset data. This role will also ensure the accurate collection, storage, and maintenance of data on all in-scope software installed in the asset repository, and identify areas for cost savings through the identification of unallocated licenses or equipment, alternative support options, rationalization, and optimal licensing.

For this important role, you will need 3+ years of Software Asset Management experience. A ServiceNow CIS-Software Asset Management Certification is preferred but not required.

Annual base salary gross: $ 71,192.21 - 121,476.45


The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
