The Finance Transformation and Process Improvement team is currently seeking a senior analyst to support high-impact, cross functional projects across the finance organization. In this role you will have the opportunity to drive transformation initiatives key to the success of Alteryx and the Finance Operations teams. You will be required to navigate challenges and deliver ideation across multiple disciplines - Technology, Finance, and Project Management. We are seeking a detailed, motivated, solution-oriented individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels.

You will be part of an innovative and groundbreaking Finance Transformation group that is primarily responsible for driving process improvement and scalability across the finance organization, including optimizing the use of our own world-class data analytics products. You will be working closely with Stakeholders from all areas of the Finance organization as well as Enterprise Applications, IT and Data Analytics teams to develop, deliver and provide high impact process improvement for the Enterprise.

Position details/requirements:

• Consult with business stakeholders and technical teams on process improvement opportunities, define and document overall project goals, system and process design, deliverables, and timeline.
• Identify and evaluate tools to streamline business processes in a scalable and sustainable manner.
• Participate in projects to implement new tools (such as robotics process automation) or leverage our existing tools (such as our world class data analytics tool, Alteryx Designer) to automate and reduce friction in processes.
• Support the creation, authoring, and development of new business processes for technology transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams globally to ensure consistency in practice and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement change management through cross functional collaboration, ensuring that solutions are stable, scalable, reliable, sustainable, and available.
• Organize and conduct pre- and post-launch activities including UAT, training, process documentation and system support
• Communicate with key stakeholders and technical teams on status of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Deep knowledge of finance processes and systems. Big 4 or consulting experience is a plus
• Experience with Alteryx, Netsuite, Salesforce, and RPA tools a plus
• Experience with drafting business requirements documentations and ability to communicate design and requirements of complex business solutions.
• Business partnering and top-notch communication skills including the ability to build senior level relationships and act as a trusted advisor amongst the leadership team
