The Senior Analyst, Campaign Reporting Insights is responsible for providing insights on marketing channel performance to optimize spend across all channels – digital media, direct response, and eCommerce to drive sales of Season Pass, All Season Products, and General Admission tickets. In addition, this role will have one direct report to oversee the day to day marketing performance metrics needed to make adjustments while campaigns are in flight.  The position reports to the Vice President of CRM and located in our corporate office in Charlotte, NC.


How You'll Make A Difference:

To deliver the growth objectives of Cedar Fair, we need the ability to effectively manage the performance and insights of demand generation efforts by channel, customer segment. This role leverages data to lead the development and execution of fact-based reporting, analysis, and analytical models used to enhance decision-making across the marketing function.

  • Collaborate with Campaign Reporting Specialist on framework for measurement and insights from marketing campaign across all channels, provide campaign performance analysis, review, and use data to make recommendations for future target testing along customer journey across multi-channels. Leverage guest feedback insights and market penetration by segment/admission type to identify demand generation opportunities by park/market/segment.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies and use segmentation to build audiences in partnership with different teams and agencies across marketing channels.
  • Gain understanding of the customer journey and how to influence the customer experience across the different paid and owned channels. Interpret the big picture and identify gaps or inefficacies and then present findings optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Leverage data insights to develop predictive, retention, and acquisition models to meet sales and visitation targets.
  • Produce concise, relevant, strategically driven presentations and recommendations, for both internal and cross-department stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams.

 


We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Statistics
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience
  • Available to travel 5% of the time
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics, digital data technologies, tagging and tracking, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), CRM platforms, Adobe Analytics, and/or DMP platforms preferred
