Our client, a private banking company located in Burlington, is seeking a part time Senior Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable working 22-24 hours a week in the Burlington office. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

In this role you will:

  • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities (inclusive of team engagement activities)
  • Assist in interview scheduling
  • Minute meeting taking with precise detail
  • Heavy calendar management inclusive of scheduling Zoom, Teams, and live meetings with a focus on location strategy
  • Creates and develops visual presentations using PowerPoint
  • Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
  • Schedule office visits
  • Additional Administrative functions as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-15 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint-expert level is a MUST)
  • Assertive and confident personality combined with anticipating needs of executives
  • Confident and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all individuals within department, throughout Bank, and with customers/clients.
  • Ability to be flexible and open to change.
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality of client and account information.
