Job Summary

• Tocoordinate and assist with the review of all accounting functions and financialstatements in a timely fashion.

EssentialFunctions

• Analyze cash transactions for daily tracking andweekly/monthly/yearly reporting.

• Processcredit card receipts and bank deposits.

• Prepareforeign exchange currency forecasts and usage reporting.

• Analyze headcount reports for weekly reporting.

• Handle fixed asset tracking, audits, andreporting.

• Workwith the various departments and business units to provide accounting detailand support.

• Verifyand post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.

• Analyze,investigate and correct accounting entries as needed.

• Provideinformation necessary for journal entries, financial analysis and reportingrequests.

• Assist with month end and year end closing.

• Assistwith the preparation of management reports and statistics detailing financialresults.

• Examine,analyze, and interpret accounting records for management.

• Perform various account analyses andreconciliations of complextransactions.

• Coordinate the timely submission of tax filingsin conjunction with the tax department.

• Performvarious assignments for other departments as directed.

Qualities

• Bachelor'sDegree in Accounting or Finance

• Previousaccounting experience

• Highlymotivated individual who works well independently and as part of a team

• Excellentwritten and verbal communication abilities

• Goodanalytical and problem-solving skills

• Experiencewith Excel a requirement

• Experiencewith Word & Outlook a plus

• Experiencewith Oracle 12 not required, but a plus
