Growing company is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to their team. They offer a great culture, opportunities for career advancement and provide their employees with the opportunity to work both onsite and from home (2 days in office).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for financial reporting processes around actual results, forecast, budget and historical results
• Perform all aspects of the monthly financial close for various entities including preparation of financial statements and related analysis
• Provide financial planning, analysis, and forecasting support as assigned (developing budgets, annual operating plan/budget, and compiling performance reports)
• Prepares and reviews monthly journal entries
• Prepares and reviews monthly account reconciliations
• Prepares and reviews monthly variance analysis
• Work with sales teams to model revenue and profitability for new clients and products
• Ensures a strong internal control environment
• Serves as the point of contact for external auditors
• Establishes and builds cooperative working relationships with a cross-functional team
• Ensures compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3+ years of relative accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with MS Excel
