Our client, a leading digital agency in the healthcare space, is looking to add two Senior Account Executives to their team. The agency is completely remote. This is a permanent position looking to start right away.

What you will be doing:


Oversee client projects from the beginning to the end under supervision.
Help with writing project briefs and ensure brief SOWs are followed by all team members.
Manage creative execution and ensure it is in line with client identity / corporate guidelines.
Oversee and maintain weekly client reports.
Prepare contact reports and timelines.
Come up with project estimates.
Track and oversee team hours and expenses.
Assist team in analyzing data and creating budgets with minimal supervision.
Maintain overall quality control
Other tasks may apply.


About you:


3+ years of advertising or related experience.
HCP and/or Pharma experience preferred.
Understand how to develop and manage project budgets.
Great organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Do not get flustered when having to multi-task.
Clear communicator.
Understand the digital agency process.
Team player.
