RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Security Infrastructure Architect in Tampa, FL.Summary:A Security Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within the enterprise environment. This role will develop of deep understanding of the most complex portion of the security systems, ensure a high level of standards, compliance, availability, and practices are maintained at all times.Responsibilities:- Security Infrastructure Architect will be documenting (including visual) all identified infrastructure security systems, including hardware and software
- Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies, perform evaluation, and make recommendations to leadership team for incorporation into architectural vision
- Planning, researching, and designing security architectures
- Researching and designing public key infrastructures, certification authorities, and digital signatures, and ensuring all personnel have IT access limited to their need and role in the organization
- As a Security Infrastructure Architect, you will be remaining up to date with the latest security best practices, systems, standards, authentication protocols, and products
- Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills
- Develop a plan of action for continuous monitoring of network security, performance, and product caveats
- Understanding current known vulnerabilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in information security
- Expertise in IT risks, security implementations, routers, firewalls, computer operating and software programs
- Strong knowledge the design of an enterprise security architecture on Firewalls (Palo Alto, VMWare NSX, VPNs (B2B & B2C), application load balancing (NetScaler, F5), certification authentication, data loss prevention and encryption
- Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies
- Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security practices
- Deep knowledge of compliance and management (SCCM, Big Fix)
- Strong experience implementing security solutions, hands-on
- Excellent teaching, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook
- Advanced IT security certifications
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Cisco CCIE Security
- Been employed as a security practitioner in the Healthcare industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
