ABOUT THE ROLE

REPAY is looking for a Compliance Analyst who will assist with the development, management and administration of the compliance program. The Analyst will support and champion initiatives to ensure adherence to all required directives and frameworks set forth by REPAY security and compliance programs. This person will also lead annual compliance assessments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports internal information security audits.

• Perform regular self-assessments to ensure continuous compliance with the various standards.

• Works all proactive information governance programs and procedures

• Remediate audit findings

• Facilitate the implementation of processes, systems and programs to maintain monitoring several frameworks including PCI, SOC, HIPAA, ISO2700, and others as they are added.

• Assists with projects for all security and information programs.

• Create and modify security policies

• Always looking for ways to improve the overall security program

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred with 3-5 years of real-world experience.

• Experience with GRC tools preferred.

• Must be able to read technical documentation as well as interpret technical configurations and diagrams.

• Must be able to apply security principles to I.T. configurations, policies and procedures.

• Must be able to write and interpret compliance standards for policy manuals and documentation.

• Must be able to usher 3rd party auditors through internal systems

• Must be able to proficiently coordinate projects and audit engagements.

• Job requires excellent technical conceptual skills.

• Excellent communication and detail oriented

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Experience work with senior level management

• Must be effective working within a team coordinating and delegating efforts.

• Ability to lead and direct engagements across multiple frameworks and business units.
