This is a great opportunity to join an early stage Biotech company that's well financed and rapidly growing. Reporting to the General Counsel, they're looking for someone with a strong Securities background who will be responsible for managing compliance with securities laws. This will be a highly visible role where you will interact with executive leadership along with other members of the legal team. This position can be entirely remote or you can work out of their office.

The successful candidate must have at least 7 years of experience with Securities, preferably working for biotech or pharma companies. Candidates must have experience with SEC compliance, and supporting periodic SEC reporting (10K, 10Q, 8K).
