General Summary

The Section Chief, Pediatric Rehabilitation, leads the medical practice of attending physicians, as well as the clinical contingent of the interdisciplinary Pediatric team within the Pediatric Innovation Center. The Section Chief also functions as an attending physician on the medical staff.

The Section Chief, Pediatric Rehabilitation, is accountable for meeting established section standards for quality of care, patient care practice and leading or co-leading research initiatives. The Section Chief also shares responsibility with a designated operations leader for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating section success, using metrics and key performance indicators (e.g., safety, outcome, operating, regulatory and financial).
