You understand how a team can design and deliver software products incrementally, while still thinking about how those increments fit into the whole. You've helped to deliver different kinds of software, for different clients, with different technologies, and that variety suits you.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience working in software engineering as a Scrum Master OR Agile Coach
  
• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal
  
• Self-motivated, strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• A passion for learning new collaboration and problem solving techniques
  
• A willingness to experiment with new creative methods of Scrum facilitation
  
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$145,000 annually.
