Requirements:
oOwns, Defines and solutions end to end for the Salesforce customer 360 data platform in order to meet the strategy defined by our partners
oPartners with architects as needed to determine the correct architecture and roadmap customer 360 data platform
oDoes research and makes proper comparisons and recommendations for vendor/ technology options
oOversees build and management of customer 360 data platform
oOperationalizes the customer 360 data platform
¿Technical triage
¿Define and execute support model
¿Define and execute build model (enhancements / new clients)
oEnsure platform documentation is maintained across entire platform
oGet a handle baseline for platform
oEnsure we have Fully Documented the CIAM Azure B2C configuration and extended ecosystem (SFMC, Policies, Integrations with Web Properties, etc.) as base documentation for platform
oFamiliar with the MS B2C solution launched and can speak to technical details
oTechnical triaging: Can identify where problem is stemming from and ensure proper resource engaged
Requirements
oMust have 7+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years of hands on experience with the Salesforce.com Platform required. Customer 360 is nice to have, but not required
oExperience with Azure Active Directory B2C and IAM is nice to have
oMust have excellent communications skills to work across global teams
