The Solution Architect is a hybrid business/technical consultant with the ability to operate as a digital tech lead focusing on the use and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for patient and healthcare professional marketing. They are expected to have expertise in architecture, business relationships, presentation and thought leadership skills.
Requirements
• Experienced in Salesforce Solution Architecture, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its studios, including but not limited to: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, and Social Studio.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other technologies, with a focus on Veeva or Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Ability to listen and understand business requirements to develop solution design specifications that include data models, integration interfaces.
• Ability to present technical concepts to technical and business contacts.
• Ability to provide solution walk through with stakeholders.
• Ability to understand how SFMC fits into the organization's current technology stack
