Job Title: Salesforce (Apttus) Application Manager
Reason for need and project details: This will be a new team and will be taking over this application that is getting handed off from a vendor who created it. This position is within the Enterprise Systems supporting the Apttus Conga CLM & CPQ application within Salesforce platform. This role will lead a team that will support a CPQ system that will drive more than a billion dollars of revenue.
Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Job Description:
Knowledge of the CPQ / CLM business process and technology is a critical success factor. A primary focus is the business motivations, business operations, business analysis, and test planning that link these aspects of the enterprise together while aligning strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding process, organization, capabilities and key initiatives.

• Hands on manager who can own and manage application/s by understanding business problems and provide solution to those by leading and guiding the team
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT plus with at least 5+ years of experience working on Salesforce platform in CPQ and CLM space
• Must have experience in leading multiple teams with specific function and scope such as development, reporting, BAU team etc.
• Must have experience working on large and complex Salesforce, Apttus (Conga) implementations.
• Must have good understanding of CPQ and CLM processes and work flows.
• Must have experience with pricing in Apttus (Conga) CPQ implementation
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to guide and lead the team/s to solve business problems from a technical and functional angle
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross functional teams, vendor teams in an Agile environment
• Manage business priority and timelines for deliverables with tight constraints on schedule, resources, budget etc.
• Ability to understand, consolidate and report out and present independently to senior management
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
