ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and integration. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support to end-users.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily administration and support of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, and security.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and maintain custom fields, objects, flows, and reports in Salesforce.
  • Provide end-user support and training, including creating documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Monitor system usage, error logs, and proactively identify and address issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Manage system integrations with other business applications and third-party tools.
  • Perform ad-hoc data loads to fix issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices and provide recommendations for system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with the overall technology strategy and architecture.
  • Participate in special projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and customization fields, objects, master-detail relationship, etc.
  • Experience working with Flows, migrating from process builder to flows will be plus.
  • Proficient with creating lightning pages and dashboards.
  • Experience writing code using Apex, SOQL and triggers, will be plus.
  • Experience working with Git repos, bitbucket, or other source control tools is must.
  • Experience working with CI/CD tools and creating release pipelines for deployment is preferred.
  • Experience working with Sales team, preferred.
  • Experience working in HealthCare domain, preferred.
  • Experience working with Health Cloud and Experience Cloud, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its architecture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
