Accountabilities

  • Identify, recommend, document, and execute on process improvement opportunities for Sales.
  • Strive to bring processes and tools in alignment with industry best practices and trends.
  • Manage assigned Salesforce processes and tools on behalf of the sales organization.
  • Create and maintain a process and decision repository for the sales organization.
  • Identify and document productivity best practices for sales representatives and managers based on role and team. Promote sharing across the sales teams.
  • Identify and recommend new ways to maximize sales coverage to more effectively address the opportunity space.
  • Identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve sales roadblocks and issues
  • Support the ongoing optimization of the CRM environment for Sales.
  • Recommend appropriate performance measures for tracking sales productivity.
  • Manage projects on behalf of Sales as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate outstanding networking capabilities and exhibit a professional demeanor, business maturity and technical knowledge
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management systems; ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to build consensus among groups with competing interests.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and serves as a change agent.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • 5 -7 years in a sales environment
  • 3+ years experience working with Salesforce.com.
  • 3+ years process design/redesign background.
  • 2+ years project management experience.
  • BS/BA equivalent
