PayneWest is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to work within our Employee Health and Benefits practice. We take Sales Executive to the next level. This individual is responsible for prospecting for sales leads on new accounts, achieving sales goals, and servicing existing accounts. In addition, you transform into an extension of a company's Human Resources team. Our ideal candidate will consider culture, risks, and benefit plan design to understand the root of a company's cost. Then, implement strategies to improve employee health, costs, and value. You understand that managing health benefits won't get any easier and you're eager to change the status quo.
