JOB TITLE/LOCATION:

Sales Data Analyst – Mentor, OH

Job Summary: Climax Metals (a division of RBC Bearings) is currently looking for a Sales Data Analyst. The ideal candidate would contribute to assist marketing and overall Company objectives, including increasing Company sales and profitability. As well, as demonstrate a high level of professionalism and knowledge related to both customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares customer quotations in conjunction with Production Team, Sales Manager, and Customer Service ManagerAnalyzes and prepares rebate quotations for customers
• Monitors and reports on our opportunities, rebates, and quotations
• Creates and maintains reports for the business
• Prepares reports for customer monthly sales reports and quarterly business reviews
• Prepares data for customer events and trade shows
• Maintains integrity of data in Salesforce.com
• Maintains integrity of all relevant pricing data in ERP system
• Regularly conducts competitor analysis
  • Reviews Competitor pricing and product offerings – including websites and hard copy literature – and reports on this analysis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Zero (0) to Five (5) years’ experience in customer focused business-to-business environment
• Great analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Access and Excel
