Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$83,078.00-$132,924.00

What you'll do
  • You will report to Sr Manager Global Sales Enablement to contribute towards support the global Sales Organization
  • You will lead the sales compensation program design
  • You will administer the sales compensation program
  • You will manage the sales compensation programs insight generation
You should have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or Business, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in Compensation Management, or Consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
