Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

Sales Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns while upselling additional products available.
  • Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to support their needs
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Meet sales objectives as defined
Qualifications

What We're Looking for
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months sales experience minimum
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Able to work independently
  • Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
  • Superior negotiating skills
  • Experience upselling/ increasing customer benefits
  • Hunger for success
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner
  • Competitive attitude and drive for results
  • Experience promoting brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs
  • Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
  • Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Experience interacting with new and existing customers via telephone and selling products and services
