Job Purpose / Objective
  • Provide administrative and analytical support by handling information requests, performing clerical functions (such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings), and assisting with a variety of sales-related processes as part of our Sales Enablement Team.
  • This position will include a variety of assigned project work
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
  • Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets, RFP's, and powerpoint presentations
  • Data entry into Salesforce (CRM) for sales-related activities
  • Assist with HCM client survey process and follow-up
  • Coordinate interviews with Sales Leadership
  • Update resources on CBIZ Connect (intranet) and Sales Resource Center (sales-community) including HCM pricing manuals
  • Assist with HCM solution pop-up communications and user guide re-brands
  • Coordinate and schedule all new hire onboarding events, activities , and logistics (such as business cards, welcome gift, equipment request, etc.)
  • Perform general office duties including inventory management and distribution of marketing materials including giveaways, ordering new materials, and trade-shows or events
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, mail and reports to determine significance; plan distribution
  • Perform project work as-needed
  • File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
  • Greet visitors and assess access to specific individuals
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business meetings
  • Make travel arrangements for executives as requested and assist with expense reporting
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Acute detail and accuracy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and pay close attention to detail on many, varied tasks
