At Bob's Discount Furniture, we have fun, we love what we do and it shows in our expansive growth! Bob's Discount Furniture is currently looking for a high energy Routing Specialist.

Routing Specialists are responsible for routing customer deliveries and service calls on a daily basis from the distribution centers to the customer homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and coordinating of customer delivery routing, in home service technician routing, and inter store transfer (STO) routing.
• Manage customer stop maintenance on trucks
• Responsible for sales order add on's and customer cancellation with in each route
• Assigns driver route assignments
• Maintaining the routing software including geocoding and time requests

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Roadnet knowledge preferred
• Dispatch Track knowledge preferred
• Types 35 to 40 words per minute
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Good problem solving skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings
