Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Associate Vetting Risk Managers (AVRMs). AVRMs are responsible for supporting the criminal screening program for the internal and external candidates to Walmart Inc. AVRMs are required to make urgent complex decisions, use excellent professional judgement, and protect associates, customers, and the Walmart brand while providing opportunities to those who demonstrate rehabilitation. AVRMs work quickly to interpret available data through the lenses of their experiences, professional training, case studies, academic studies, and peer partnerships to deliver assessments. After completing the Assessment Review, AVRMs clearly communicate their findings to cross-functional business partners and clients at various levels (Field level to EVP).

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 2 years' experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 4 years' experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
