DaVita is looking for a career minded individual to take the lead as our next Commercial Enrollments Coordinator and help make a difference in the lives of our patients. As a professional in this role, you will be assisting in the insurance process for our patients. Due to the high amount details and electronic tracking of information, this position requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy. As a Commercial Enrollments Coordinator you will develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies. Acting on behalf of DaVita you will enroll commercial insurance companies in electronic payments (ACH) and electronic remittance (835), research and resolve problems as needed, and maximize enrollments to achieve team goals. Though you will be a part of a team, you will work largely on projects independently. Your organizational skills will be utilized daily, and your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be put to the test! You will be called on to provide the highest level of customer service to all constituents involved in the insurance process.

This is a fast paced position that requires you to communicate clearly and concisely. The ability to present yourself professionally over the phone and via email is essential to this role, as telecommunication will be your primary mode of interaction with constituents.
