We are looking for a Residential Sales Representative to join our team! How does an annual all-expense paid vacation sound? You can earn this and other incentives as a Vector Security sales rep! Location - Pittston, PA

You can Reside in these locations: Stroudsburg, Scranton, Allentown, Bethlehem or Easton, PA

What You'll Do:

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
• Prospect for new residential clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales.
• Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client's needs.
• Prepare documents according to establish company guidelines.
• Close sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow-up.
• Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final "walk-through" with clients.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3-years: Prospecting Sale
• 1-3-years: Outside Sales
• Lead Generation
• Presentation Skills
• Teambuilding
• Customer Service
• Valid Driver's License
• Residential Burglar Alarm Industry Experience - Preferred
