RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Residential Mortgage Post Closer in Rockville, MD.Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-closing reviews of all residential mortgage loans originated and ensure all loans are closed and disbursed in accordance with the company policies, procedures and underwriting requirements, and are in compliance with the federal and state regulations, and Investors' requirements
• Ensure all closing documents have been prepared and executed in a compliant manner and in keeping with the approved loan terms and investors' requirements
• Work in tandem with Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Management and provide regular feedback to Management whenever deficiencies are found
• Prepare corrected documents, as needed and coordinate with all parties involved to ensure loan files are complete and compliant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to articulate requirements and feedback to management
• Ability to create and prepare any necessary reports for management review
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and meet necessary time frames set forth by management
• Ability to be bonded
• Possess strong problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented
• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
