Who We Are:

The Low Carbon Technologies section works on decarbonization and sustainability topics for the transportation sector. Our goal is to help our clients develop and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from mobility systems. We research, develop, simulate, and test a wide range of technologies.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Support execution of fuel-cell testing programs by working closely with senior engineers to complete projects efficiently.
  • Develop technical expertise by gaining in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in fuel cell technologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve objectives by communicating clearly and meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to the development of better engineering processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Testing, and analysis of engineering projects to ensure they meet requirements and specifications set by senior engineers and clients.
  • Document project details such as progress, data analysis, and results in technical reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide regular updates on progress and any potential roadblocks.
  • Assist senior engineers in identifying opportunities for process improvement in engineering programs and initiate action plans to implement changes.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in engineering concepts and tools to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Establish yourself as a industry leader by attending conferences and participating in paper authoring, presentations and reviews.
Requirements:
  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Engineering degree related to Energy & Sustainability.
  • 2-5 years: Experience with testing of Hydrogen based PEM-fuel cell systems in a research, calibration, durability or development environment.
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required.
