Responsibilities
Responsible for processing service orders, trouble orders, billing adjustments, meter work, implausibles, itron and net metering. Handles external and internal customer requests/inquiries relative to billing, rates, and outages.
Responsibilities
1. Performs necessary on-line maintenance to properly bill accounts, and make monetary adjustments to accounts, on a daily basis. Responsible for daily completion of meter work relating to DR meters and theft of service cases which involves analyzing account history to determine applicable charges. (60%, P)
2. Complete daily and monthly processes to support Summary Billing, Sales Tax Exemption, and other special programs. (15%, P)
3. Processes all types of service orders and trouble orders, including sets, turn-ons, turn-offs, changes, etc. (10%, S)
4. May complete EMMA's, Implausibles and Itron on a daily basis. (10%, P)
5. May review bills in special handling and distribute to appropriate departments. (5%, S)

- PC skills with emphasis on numeric keying, typing, Excel and Word

Experience/Training: 0-3 years of related experience and/or training. Knowledge of the company's billing process.
