REMOTE Senior Tax Manager We are a small local CPA in the Chicago area looking to add to our team. Construction &Contractors, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Closely held businesses are the industries we service. In business for 20yrs and looking to continue to grow!

What You Will Be Doing Advise clients on a full spectrum of corporate and individual tax services, including planning, research, compliance, and general mergers and acquisitions activities
Handles routine client tax questions, and works with Staff and Seniors to make sure necessary information for tax return completion and compliance
Assist with new business development, extended service and tax issue recognition for existing clients
Manage corporate and individual client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance
Develop and sustain strong client relationships
Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally through their career
What You Need for this Position 10+ years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation
Experienced with both S Corp and Partnerships
FAS109/ASC740
CPA license
Experienced with CCH software
M.S. in Taxation is preferred
