FirstChoice RNs are utilized to fill short and long-term assignments throughout the health system, and we need you to be a part of this innovative program!
Trinity Health FirstChoice Mid-Atlantic Region has five locations available:
Nazareth Hospital - Philadelphia, PA
Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital - Darby, PA
Saint Mary Medical Center - Langhorne, PA
Saint Francis Health System - Wilmington, DE
St. Francis Hospital - Trenton, NJ
Schedule Structure:
Per Diem
Minimum of 2 shifts per month (24 hours in 4 week period)
No weekend or Holiday requirement
Requires Floating to 3 of the 4 regional hospitals
Days & Nights available depending on specialty

What you'll need to qualify:
- Registered Nurse, RN, and license - Pennsylvania, Delaware and/or New Jersey compact license (depending on location of interest)
- Current BLS; ACLS for critical care through the American Heart Association
- Two years of current experience in desired practice area.
- Willingness to float to regional hospital locations
- EPIC experience preferred.
- Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
- Ability to complete the orientation and training. We have different options to choose from that will meet your schedule.
