Referral App Customer Service Agent

Referral App Customer Service Agent will be responsible for leading and handling customer and employee calls regarding the referral app use and needs, ensuring a best-in-class experience. This role will provide support and de-escalate complaints while proactively problem solving.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and employees at all times
• Troubleshoot any issues
• Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate any issues
• Manage and prioritize multiple questions daily
• Connect with customers and employees via phone, chatter, email and or mail
• Greet calls warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling
• Answer questions
• Suggest solutions when needed
• Work with the referral app team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Know our app inside and out so that you can answer questions and give solutions
• Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns
• Other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

• Tech field experience and familiarity is a MUST
• Some college preferred
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve
• At least 3 years customer service support experience
• Excellent Customer Service Skills required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be a motivated team player, looking to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor when customer facing
