Recycling Supervisor

Major Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide updates to manager throughout the work day on all day to day activities and progress.
* Partner with manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bobs business plan are considered and followed.
* Create and monitor a daily recycling plan
* Able to set goals and objectives and evaluate performance
* Maintain safety standards
* Maintain staff levels that are appropriate for current volume.
* Monitor and balance work hours daily and weekly.
* Maintain open communication with temporary labor vendors.
* Ensure that all Leads are providing thorough and complete training to all frontline associates.
* Ensure that the department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy.
* Support efficient staffing through assisting, training and assigning work tasks to the recycling team.
* Will be expected to keep open communication with all direct reports. Should be prepared to coach/communicate clearly and respectfully with all employees.
* Will be expected to assist in creating and following a standard operating procedure.Bob's Discount Furniture, LLC

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Must have solid oral and written communication as well as be an active listener
* Must have previous warehouse supervisory experience.
* Ability to organize and prioritize daily.
* Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Delegate tasks
* Must be able to operate and adjust to change in a fast pace work environment.
* Minimum 1 Year warehouse experience.

Desired Qualifications
* Prior warehouse supervisory experience
