RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Recruiter in Doral, FL.

REQUIREMENTS:

High-volume recruiting/full-cycle recruiting
Needs to understand the pressure of deadlines
Experience in sourcing
Phone screening
Scheduling interviews
Reference checks
Good communication skills and writing skills
Software: They use Excel and Indeed mostly
Open to someone with any recruiting background as long as they have the high-volume piece
Needs to handle stress well, good attitude and vibes
Healthcare and transportation (non-emergency medical transportation) experience required
