What you'll be doing:

As a Recruiter, you will recruit while maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and recruiting sources. Using a variety of recruitment methods, deliver a qualified and diverse pool of candidates for requisitions. Serve as the leader of the lifecycle of your requisitions from initial intake & strategy through offer & onboarding. Simultaneously, making sure candidates have a uniquely positive experience from the first introduction all the way through to their onboarding. Additionally, participate in delivering, improving, and developing our talent acquisition strategy.


  • Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and extend offers to top talent within required timelines.

  • Utilize a diverse mix of recruitment sources to identify candidates including various online job boards, search engines, social websites, networking events, job fairs, campus events, professional/trade organizations, community organizations, social services, and more.

  • Overcome objections to persuade desirable candidates to consider job opportunities.

  • Participate in initiatives supporting our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy, including sourcing diverse talent pools and coaching hiring managers to follow an equitable and inclusive selection process.

  • Develop solid relationships within the company and with external talent sources to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process.

  • Coordinate immigration cases, travel arrangements, and relocations for candidates when appropriate.

  • Participate in projects within the HR department and cross-functional teams.

  • Follow established processes for maintaining compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity law, our Affirmative Action Plan, and other applicable employment laws.


Skills needed to be successful:

Success relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A high degree of resourcefulness and latitude is expected, and flexibility is essential. Our Recruiters are true business partners and advisors. Charged with attracting, finding, and hiring top talent into the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture. Additionally, thrive in a fast-paced high-performance environment.

  • A clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking, time management, efficiency, relationship building, and collaboration skills.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in conducting independent research and presenting solutions.

  • Understanding of general HR functions such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance.


Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diplom

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing.

  • Experience sourcing talent from online recruiting resources.

  • Experience representing employer brand and sourcing talent through face/face career events and networking.

  • Ability to recruit for various levels of the organization including warehouse, professional, and leadership.

  • Experience using enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

  • Specialized experience in IT or engineering recruitment.

  • Workday experience.

  • LinkedIn experience for sourcing talent.

  • Experience using Textio.

  • Experience using HireVue.
