Title: Recruiter
Reports to: Director of Recruitment
Location: Remote - Anywhere in the US
Job Summary
The Recruiter works closely with the Director of Recruitment, recruitment team, and FranklinCovey leaders to locate, screen, and assist in selecting quality candidates to join FranklinCovey. This position will focus on sales, consulting, client support, and staff positions and will have responsibility for generating a continuous lead flow of talent to fill replacement and growth positions.
Essential Job Functions
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience with a BS/BA preferred. Work experience must demonstrate strong organization, customer service, and sales skills. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and experience utilizing social media. Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems is strongly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are required. We are looking for a high degree of business maturity and a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment. Previous experience recruiting for a professional services organization is strongly preferred.
