Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recruiter at Behavioral Health Network! The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

Your experience, knowledge and skills will support BHN with the following:

  • Identifying and implementing efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria, preparing interview questions and other hiring selection materials.
  • Screening applicants and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Working collaboratively with Hiring Assistants or Managers to schedule interviews.
  • Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the hiring manager and/or HR during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Attending and participating in BHN virtual or live in-person job fairs, college job fairs, and recruiting sessions.
  • Working with members of the Social Justice Coalition to develop a community of networks as a means of sourcing applicants.

Job Requirements:

What are we looking for in a Recruiter?
  • High School Diploma with 5 years' full cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years full cycle recruiting experience
  • At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple agendas at one time.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to be trained and develop proficiency in other software applications.
  • Proficient use of the Internet for job related research.
  • Experience with CareerBuilder as a ATS preferred
