Job Role: Records Coordinator
Location: Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract

Position Description

Position is an entry level records research role supporting Screening Solutions operation through the review, interpretation, and fulfillment of public record information for background screening purposes. Position may be performed in one of several different business units within the Court Research and Retrieval Group (CRRG) and/or the Service Centers within Screening Solutions organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Researches and reviews public record information from websites, electronic access court systems, and various internal and external databases.
* Interprets criminal records and other types of relevant information from courts, state agencies, and independent contractors performing field research.
* Accurately fulfills, edits, and/or modifies results of court record searches and other database searches to ensure compliance with company standards and completeness of order for product delivery.
* Performs additional research as required to meet customer expectations, and demonstrates ability to meet and/or exceed established departmental goals for productivity and accuracy.
* May have specific state, regional, or customer responsibilities to include monitoring workflow or case volume by source or supplier within a certain area, tracing and updating status information on delayed cases, and working with customer service or support teams to provide updates or clarification.
* Develops relationships with court personnel and other state, county, and/or local agencies to obtain information regarding process or policy and support efficient and effective retrieval of necessary information for consumer reports via Multi courts.

Skills:
Windows and MS Office Experience Must have professional telephone and email skills. Excellent communication skills

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 4 Year Bachelors Degree preferred
