Fairfield Residential is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its Legal Department. This person will work on operational matters supporting the property management, asset management and new construction departments (e.g., construction contracts, service agreements, dispute resolution). A minimum of 4 years of mid to large firm experience is preferred.
