Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a React Lead Developer. As the UI Lead you will focus on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflow.

Key Responsibilities to include:

•Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

•Benchmarking and optimization

•Collaboration, and facilitation working with teams

•Experienced and knowledgeable of industry best practices and vendors to actively analyze, design, and recommend third-party tools and create custom web applications

•Drive analysis of required functionality and implement customizations to platforms or develop custom solutions to fulfill business requirements with a mastery focus on technical excellence and high quality

•Perform technical design and maintain document technical specifications

•Assist application architects in the creation of application, integration, and data architecture while developing & teaching team members these skills.

Required:

•Proficient with React.js, and experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux

•Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

•Experience writing unit tests, source control management and defect tracking systems, such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Git

•Cross-browser compatibility experience

•Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

•Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript

•Familiarity with RESTful APIs

•Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

•Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, yarn, etc.

•Must be able to operate with minimal oversight and operate within a self-organizing scrum team.

•Must have HTML5, ReactJS, CSS, Bootstrap, NodeJS, JavaScript, C# experience

•Thorough understanding of the development process, project management principles, client relationship management, and pre-sales activities

•Design, Code, Unit Test .Net Web API, Azure technologies (Web jobs, key vault, Data lake, storage, SQL, search, service bus, LUIS, bot framework), Entity Framework Core, performant T-SQL

Education:

•Bachelor's Degree, or relevant work experience in an appropriate field

Preferred:

•Computer science background with strong understanding of writing maintainable, performant systems

•Development Methodology: Agile/Scrum

•Microsoft developer certification

•UI technology stack experience
