RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a React Java Developer who excels in a collaborative environment and is comfortable engaging in daily discussions regarding design and code strategies.Responsibilities:- Design and implement a highly dynamic front-end system where the display, behavior, layout, and interactivity of UI components are driven by extensive database configurations
- Develop and maintain complex React components, utilizing advanced techniques such as hooks and state management to ensure high responsiveness and efficiency
- Push the boundaries of web development by creating intuitive and forward-thinking solutions, making extensive use of database-driven logic to dictate every aspect of the user interface
- Collaborate with team members to continuously innovate and enhance the functionality and user experience of our systems
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly across both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a flair for innovative and creative solutions
- Robust teamwork and collaboration skills, contributing positively to team dynamics and respecting diverse viewpoints
- High emotional intelligence, proficient in managing team dynamics and mediating conflicts
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging development environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
