Description
Under limited supervision, researches, produces and announces an on-air shift for Nebraska Educational Telecommunications; performs related work as assigned.
Work schedule to be determined / 25 hours per week. Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Examples of Work
Make live on-air announcements, including classical music announcing, read underwriter copy, weather forecasts and news. Operate studio electronics such as broadcast board, CD players, and audio playback from broadcast software.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Experience and education or training in broadcast journalism or music. Please include resume and cover letter.
PREFERRED: Six months broadcasting and classical music background.
