Overview

This role is responsible for quality data sampling, visualization and analysis, to facilitate the execution of quality assessments at AmTrust. Supports and maintains the C2Perform Quality platform in partnership with vendor. Collaborates with key stakeholders to own and execute key field quality processes and provide Ad Hoc reporting in support of field quality assessments. Interacts with all levels, all lines of business for data requests, reporting requests, C2Perform needs. Serves as a key team member of the Quality team, identifying areas where refinement of processes, systems, and procedures can facilitate execution of claims and quality work better, faster, and cleaner.

Responsibilities

• Supports quality team audit projects at all stages.

• Secures timely, representative data samples for quality assessments. Provides replacements for claims/samples that do not qualify for assessment.

• Creates consumable reports and delivers assessment results to the quality team for release to appropriate level of leadership and applicable stakeholders.

• Analyzes and interprets data to monitor trends, identify root causes, isolate issues.

• Delivers actionable reporting on time.

• Owns the C2Perform enterprise quality tool on behalf of AmTrust to include operation, support, and maintenance. Serves as Subject Matter Expert to continue efforts to enhance functionality and visual presentation of dashboard.

• Acts as single point of contact for the business regarding quality data, quality tool usage, and current trends.

• Prioritizes tasks effectively with minimal supervision, meeting process/reporting due dates, identifying and escalating competing demands and dependencies.

• Acquires and applies a growing knowledge of the quality landscape to ensure that deliverables are driving improvement and consistency.

• Develops and maintains a strong understanding of quality methodologies, tools, and risk management principles.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent business experience.

• 2+ years of related claims experience, with recent background in data analysis/visualization/reporting

• Proficiency in use of Microsoft applications to include Excel expertise and aptitude for mastering other applications rapidly

• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and make informed decisions to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assignments.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 2+ years experience in commercial claims/product lines.

• Expert communicator with demonstrated ability to translate information in a way that is easily understood by varying audiences; mastering the art of business storytelling to drive action.

• Experience working with all levels of leadership.

• Applicable claims, compliance, risk, and/or claims designations such as ARM, AIC, CRCMP, CLMP, ARC, CPCU, SCLA, or IRES designations desirable.

Proven experience in use of Excel and other data analysis platforms
