Location: Charlotte, NC
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing formal test plans to secure the delivery of software applications.
• Will be involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution.
  
• will work on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as a test lead.
  
• responsible for leading onshore and offshore people.
  
• Will be considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system.
  
• Will require the ability to lead a team through effective delegation, training, and motivation.
  
• Will be able to successfully track multiple test efforts simultaneously and be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment Proficient in using HP Test Suite or other Testing Tools
  
• Will deliver quality process training to technical staff and will act as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years experience in quality assurance testing.
