Position Summary:

• Supervise Quality Control on a daily basis
• Problem solve quality issues with Manufacturing
• Involvement in GFSI system implementation and maintenance
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions on product quality
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Understanding of Bway Item Codes
• Other quality activities as directed by Manager
• Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to.
• Manage Nonconformance system
• Maintain Calibration system
• Maintenance of Regulated products conformance in production UN, Dot, Etc.
• Ensure QC has proper equipment and resources to perform daily functions
• Maintenance of Color control program
• Interact with vendors and suppliers as required.
• Training as required
• Internal Audits as required
