Job Description

What You'll Do:
As a Quality Assurance Technologist, you will be Responsible for overseeing the technical elements across all non-food divisions, focusing on Quality Assurance. You'll also be responsible for:
- Developing product specifications utilizing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Analyzing customer feedback, and addressing quality or reliability issues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Utilizing regulatory guidelines, customer complaints, and product return data to establish and maintain corporate quality standards
- Ensuring non-food products are both safe and fit for purpose

Qualifications

We're looking for an organized and consistent individual who excels at reviewing fine details. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, we are looking for:
• 1+ years quality assurance experience
• Valid driver's license (occasional use of company cars)
• Higher education in relevant fields is a plus
• Strong PC operation skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power BI, and Windows Applications
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities

We value in-person collaboration, so this role requires onsite work in our Monroe office Monday - Friday.
