1. Sorts sub-standard product out and ensures that the appearance and overall quality of product meets Nestlé quality standards.
2. Watches for foreign matter in product and notifies Team Leader and/or Q.A. when foreign material is found.
3. Does not use excess materials/product.
4. Hand-weighs, hand-scoops, hand-counts, and/or hand-places products at or above line speed consistently and accurately.
5. Cleans workstation, bowls, and area at end of shift, prior to break/lunch, and during downtime.
6. Models the Springville Compass in all work-related activities.
7. Performs all other duties as assigned by Team Leader.
Able to stand on the production floor for 5 hours shift.
Able to do repetitive motion on a food production line.
