Job Summary
The part-time Heritage Center Research Access Technician/Clerical Assistant 2 provides receptionist, clerical services, and assistance for public access to the Pennsylvania German Cultural Heritage Center research library collections, including but not limited to overseeing sign-in procedures and research forms for visitors from the public; receiving incoming calls, correspondence, and research request forms for HC Library; Receiving, cataloguing, and shelving of materials in general reference collection under supervision of the director, and provides answers to general questions from visitors or directs callers to the appropriate personnel or office.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 10:00 am -2:00 pm
