Proposal Reporting Associate

Open to residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah

Primary Job Purpose

The Proposal Reporting Associate Serves as a data and analytic partner for Cambia's Bid & Proposal Team.

General Functions and Outcomes

  • Utilizes the Quest Analytics Network Access Reporting Suite to run GeoAccess and Disruption reports, verifies results, and works with Sales and other internal teams to cure reports.
  • Supports unique provider count sales reporting through partnership with BlueCross BlueShield Association.
  • Supports department reporting, leveraging data from Salesforce.com, Tableau, and RFPIO.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes and work more efficiently when generating and using reports.
  • Documents business requirements and methods used to generate work output.
  • Assists with other projects and deliverables as needed

Minimum Requirements
  • Keen analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to document business requirements.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with internal business partners to gather information, improve processes, and achieve business goals
  • Ability to learn Software As a Service (SAS) tools
  • Proven ability to design and develop reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize assignments within multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes.
  • Experience running GeoAccess and Claims Disruption reports via Quest Analytics Reporting Suite preferred

Normally to be proficient in the competencies listed above

Data Reporting Associate would have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay annual salary range for this job is $47,705.00 - $82,215.00

The bonus target for this position is 5%.
